11:30-11:45 | Guided Recovery/Mobility & Breath Work (M-TH) |
11:45-12:30 | Nutrition Lesson of the Day + Lunch* |
12:30-1:00 | Team Building Challenge of the Day |
1:00-1:45 | Technical Boxing (daily) & Self Defense (weeks 4 & 8) |
*Packed lunch is required daily. A snack will be provided. |
