Utilize a combination of open gym & guided group class days to complete ALL 3 weekday strength focused workouts + 1-2 of our weekend ‘lung burner’ workouts.
24-7 access to the gym including two by reservation Peloton stations.
Coach Lead Class
Guided group classes including weight & cardiovascular training for all levels.
Technical boxing instruction blended with dynamic fitness.
Safe, supportive, and fun environment for middle & high school students to get fit.
